Rick Montes was saved in July, 1984 at Berean Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC. He has been married

to his wife Nancy for 32 years. They have 3 daughters who are all married with families of their own.

He was called to preach in 1986 at Victory Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia while being stationed

at Ft. Benning, Ga. He was ordained in 1992 at the same church. In 1999, he retired from the military

after serving 20 years at Eglin AFB, Fl. He then became the Military and Singles Pastor at Calvary Baptist

Church, Ft Walton Beach, Florida, where he and his family attended church. In 2003, he was called to be

the Spanish Pastor at Berean Baptist Church in Fayetteville; N. C.

In 2009, he planted Iglesia Bautista Oasis here in Fayetteville, N.C. and was pastor there until December

2010, when he resigned. I started taking Mission trips with GPA in 2010 to Central and Latin America

when I felt God calling me to go fulltime Missions. In 2012, my wife and I became missionaries with the

Gospel Preacher Association. I am currently on full time deputation to Central and Latin America as a

Short Term Missionary/Evangelist with Gospel Preacher Association Mobilization Ministry. If you would
